man it's so sad to see these boxers suffering from brain trauma ... I mean what's the point of winning a fight if you're gonna end up with chronic problems later on? 3 concussions can already cause some serious damage, imagine what happens after years of taking hits... we gotta make sure our young athletes are aware of the risks and their parents and coaches are looking out for them too

Boxers need to be aware that 3 concussions already is bad . Like Davey Browne Jr. I don't want anyone else to suffer like that . And John Cooney's death is just a reminder of how serious this is . I'm all for young athletes to have fun and play sports, but they need to know about the risks . Their parents and coaches should be super careful and make sure they wear proper gear and everything . And we need more research on this stuff so that we can understand how to prevent CTE and other conditions

OMG I cant even imagine what its like to be in Davey Brownes shoes his wife Amy is so strong and I hope shes ok we need to start educating kids from the get go about how to protect themselves on the ring or field etc its not worth risking ur brain health for a trophy or win boxing needs to change ASAP

just thinkin bout these boxers they're fightin 4 their lives & it's all gettin taken away from 'em due 2 some guy throwin punches... it's like, we need to talk about this stuff more . I mean, studies show 3 concussions can change your life forever & that's not even talkin bout the ones who don't even remember what happened after a knockdown . We gotta start prioritizin' athlete safety, especially kids, 'cause they're gonna be affected for the rest of their lives... it's just sad
