what's the point of all this? it feels like they're just exchanging blows and not getting anywhere. i mean, is it really worth risking lives on both sides for a bunch of territory that's already been disputed for ages? 
i guess we'll just have to keep watching from afar and hoping that someone comes up with a plan that actually works
