rental market changes 
so fast! 
i'm 25 and my friends r struggling 2 afford homes 
but now i see older ppl renting too 
like, what's the deal? 
is it cuz of financial things or just life changes? i know some ppl who bought homes in their 30s and now they r regretting it 
but others are all about renting and loving it 
so yeah, i'm all for the rental market change
