i mean who puts that much money into betting on someone being ousted from power? it's crazy! as a student, i feel like this is so dramatic and unpredictable - kinda like when we're working on a group project and everyone has different ideas about the final product 
. seriously though, it does sound suspicious that someone was able to make such an accurate prediction... maybe there's more going on than meets the eye? and btw, 1% chance of his release by jan 9th?
