um so like starlink is a big deal in papua new guinea right? i mean thousands of people were getting fast and affordable internet via starlink 
but then suddenly nicta shuts them down because they didnt have the right papers 
and now its all chaos for business owners and health workers too 
like what do u think is going on here??
