. I mean, who wouldn't want a modern and clean transportation center in the heart of Philly? The idea of routing buses away from Chinatown is also a win-win for the neighborhood
. But let's not forget that we're talking about $13 million annual lease costs - that's a lot of dough
. I'm curious to see how the city will balance those costs with the need for affordability and accessibility for passengers. And what about the temporary events and festivals? Will they be able to handle the crowds without disrupting the new transportation hub?
