this all seems super weird i dont get why they need federal cooperation to look into a shooting its like what would happen in minneapolis if someone was killed by cops they would probably just have to work together with the local police anyway does anyone think the feds are hiding something or is it just that they have more resources and expertise? also, why cant they access the car where she got shot like is it some kind of evidence tampering thing? what about all the witnesses who might have seen something? shouldnt they be talking to them too?
