And Gannett's response is too little, too late. They should be apologizing and taking responsibility from the get-go, not just saying they're gonna "strengthen their review process"...
I mean, what makes them think that's gonna fix it? We need real accountability here, not just PR spin!
And can we please talk about how Bowersox Floor Center is just a symptom of a bigger problem?
The fact that they're getting away with this kind of stuff says more about the state of our society than it does about them.
