Spanish Horror Series ‘Dime Tu Nombre’ Debuts On Prime Video For Halloween

Spanish horror series 'Dime Tu Nombre' has arrived on Prime Video, offering a chilling six-episode production that blends supernatural terror with social and religious tensions, set in late 1990s Spain.

The story takes place in Río Blanco, a town heavily reliant on strawberry farming, where local residents have agreed to let Moroccan seasonal workers settle in Fuensanta, an abandoned village. However, this arrangement sparks friction from the start.

Michelle Jenner stars as Sonia, who runs an NGO focused on integration efforts, while Darío Grandinetti portrays Father Ángel, a local priest trying to maintain peace amidst cultural conflict.

What none of them realize is that something buried beneath Fuensanta's foundations is about to unleash their worst nightmares, unearthing ancient pain and ancestral fear that transcends faith and prayer. The series was filmed across multiple Spanish locations, each episode running 50 minutes.

Directed by Hugo Stuven, 'Dime Tu Nombre' was created and written by Alejandro Hernández, Stuven, and César de Nicolás for Espotlight Media and Skybound Entertainment. The ensemble cast includes Elena Rivera, Raúl Arévalo, Carla Quilez, and more.

The series premieres globally on Prime Video on October 31, offering a unique blend of social commentary and supernatural horror that's sure to send chills down your spine this Halloween season.

I'm low-key obsessed with the new Spanish horror series 'Dime Tu Nombre'. I mean, who wouldn't be? 😱 It's like, the perfect blend of creepy atmosphere, cultural tension, and supernatural terror. The way it weaves together social commentary on immigration and integration is super thought-provoking. And Michelle Jenner's performance as Sonia is giving me all the feels 🤯. But what really gets under my skin is the way the show taps into these ancient fears that go beyond faith or prayer. It's like, the stuff of nightmares 😴. Can't wait to dive in and get scared out of my wits this Halloween season 👻

omg just watched the trailer for 'Dime Tu Nombre' on prime video and i am SO here for it! 🕷️ the idea of a small town in spain where everything is not as perfect as it seems sounds super terrifying to me 😱 i love how the show blends supernatural horror with social commentary, its like the perfect recipe for a chilling watch. Michelle Jenner and Darío Grandinetti look amazing as the lead characters Sonia and Father Ángel respectively, and the cinematography from filming across multiple spanish locations looks stunning 📸 cant wait to dive into this one on halloween night!

omg i just saw the trailer for 'Dime Tu Nombre' and it looks SO intense 😱 i love how they're blending social commentary with supernatural horror - it sounds like it's going to be a really unique watch. i'm also loving the setting of 90s Spain, it's so different from the usual horror settings we see. i'm curious to see how Michelle Jenner and Darío Grandinetti play off each other as Sonia and Father Ángel... their characters seem so interesting! 🤔

Omg I'm SO stoked for 'Dime Tu Nombre'! 🎃 It sounds like the perfect watch for Halloween - all that creepy atmosphere and supernatural stuff will give me CHILLS!! 😱 Can't wait to see how the social tensions and cultural conflicts play out with that ancient evil lurking in the background... it's gonna be so intense! 🔥 The cast looks amazing, too - Michelle Jenner is a new face I need to check out. And those Spanish locations? 📍👏 Perfect setting for a spooky thriller like this. October 31 can't come soon enough! 😆

I'm telling you, something fishy is going on here 🐟. Think about it, Fuensanta is an abandoned village, but only the Moroccans are allowed to settle in. It's like a setup for something sinister. And what's with the timing? October 31st? That's Halloween, dude. What if this series isn't just about horror, but also about the government testing their social control tactics on unsuspecting viewers? The strawberries are one thing, but I bet there's more to it than that... 🧐
