so its about Delcy Rodriguez now... imo shes a total wild card here. on one hand she is super connected and has ties with Wall Street and Republicans which is probs gonna help stabilize the economy. but at the same time, Maduro already called her "a tiger" which sounds like code for radical leftist lol so i dont know what to make of it. maybe shes just smart enough to adapt and find a middle ground?
