I feel u so much!!! Automated car washes are supposed to make life easier but they're just causing more stress! And Tesco's response is just appalling, always trying to shift blame onto the driver. It's not on them at all! They should be taking responsibility for the damage caused by their machines. Have u considered getting a different car wash in the future? Maybe one that actually tests their cars before washing them

OMG this is so not cool !! I mean, I get it that mistakes happen but ripped off tail spoiler & brake light? That's crazy talk! Tesco needs to step up their game, like, pronto ! Not just sending out generic letters claiming you're off the hook when clearly they've messed up big time . And not giving you that maintenance report is super shady .
