I'm so over this whole "classic authors" thing 
I mean, don't get me wrong, these books are great and all, but some of the ways people are fawning over them is just cringeworthy 
Like, Andrew Miller's love for EM Forster's unique voice and style is cool, I guess, but what about all the other amazing authors out there who aren't as "classic" or "mainstream"? 
Have you read any of the newer books by authors like Zadie Smith or Ottessa Moshfegh? They're actually pretty lit
