id software's decision to form a union is probs a good thing... I mean, they've been talking about how hard it is to make ends meet in the gaming industry and now they're taking action . But let's not get too hyped just yet - we've seen plenty of unions fail in the past. Still, if Microsoft is on board with this labor neutrality thingy, that's a solid start . It'll be interesting to see how this whole union thing plays out and what kind of changes we can expect in the industry.
