I mean, have you seen this survey? Apparently, most people think Republicans got a better deal out of it . But, let's be real, folks! The fact that we had to go through all that drama in the first place is still kinda messed up . And, on a more positive note, I guess it's good to know what Americans think about healthcare, right? Apparently, most people are worried about those health insurance premiums going up... which makes me think we should be grateful for the progress that's been made in making healthcare more accessible . Let's not forget that there are still so many good things happening out there!
the government shutdown was such a major thing and i feel like it was all about healthcare its crazy how americans think republicans came out on top but from my perspective here in the region, people are still worried about their health insurance premiums gonna go up and that's not good news
Just saw that poll on CBS News/YouGov and I'm not surprised at all The shutdown was basically a total win for Republicans and Trump . 54% think they got most of what they wanted? That's insane! Meanwhile, Democrats are just sitting there feeling disappointed . And health care is going to suffer because of this . Premiums are gonna go up and people are still worried about air travel being worse with all these government employees out sick οΈ. Great job, lawmakers... not
just saw this poll and i gotta say, its pretty clear that republicans are gonna come out on top here. 54% of americans think they got what they wanted? thats crazy! i mean, i get it, healthcare is a big deal and trump's been all about repealing obamacare for years, but still... it seems like democrats just got pushed around this time. theres some good news for air travel tho! οΈ who wouldn't want their flights getting cheaper?
also, i'm curious to see how this all plays out in the midterms. do americans really think republicans are gonna come out on top? or is this just a short-term win for them? only time will tell!
I'm kinda surprised by these results... seems like a lot of people are still salty about the whole thing . I mean, yeah, Republicans might've gotten some things they wanted, but at what cost? The shutdown was a big deal, and it's gonna affect a lot of people in the long run .
I'm not sure how many Americans really care about their politicians getting what they want, though... seems like we're more concerned with what's gonna happen to our own lives . Like, do healthcare costs really matter right now? And what about the impact on air travel? Is that really something people are worried about?
It's just weird how quickly we forget that politics is a game, and sometimes you gotta make tough decisions... but I guess that's not what Americans want to hear .
I'm surprised they didn't get a better deal for healthcare . I mean, come on, it's like they kept playing the game of Thrones, where everyone's got a dagger pointed at their back . Anyway, I guess it just goes to show that the system is kinda broken, and it's all about who's got the power and can make the deals . Trump's still got his fans, but some people are gonna be like "What was the point of this whole thing?" Air travel improving? That's a plus, I guess .
