and it's soooo good!!! i mean, who wouldn't want to be transported to another world where monsters are real? 
i was wondering tho, what does guillermo del toro mean by "sometimes the world gets so complicated" ?? like, is he saying we need monsters to make sense of things? 
and also can anyone explain to me why dwayne johnson is an actor again? 
i just assumed he was a professional wrestler or something lol

. del toro is trying to tell us that those people who say art isn't important are actually part of some secret agenda to dumb us down 
. like, they want to control our minds and make us think that tech and social media are the only things that matter 
. but we shouldn't fall for it! del toro is saying that art has the power to set us apart from all that noise 
. and i'm like totally here for it 
. he's right, sometimes you just gotta use your imagination to make sense of this crazy world 
. failure isn't the end, it's just a stepping stone to something even bigger
