Hochul proposes sweeping laws to protect kids from online dangers and AI bots

just had to fact check some things about this proposal 🤔...think it's awesome that governor hochul is taking steps to protect our kids online 😊. i mean, we all know how crazy social media can get, especially for teens 💸. but what i'm worried about is the impact of these new laws on free speech and online creativity 🎨. are we gonna start seeing a whole lot more censorship? 🤷‍♀️...anyway, i think it's great that there's going to be more training available for adults working with youth too 👍. mental health first aid is so important, esp for teens who might not know how to deal with online drama or cyberbullying 📱. fyi, has anyone else noticed how many kids are taking breaks from social media? like, good on 'em for realizing they don't need the constant validation 😂.

Wow 🤯 - it's about time someone takes action on this! I mean, have you seen those kids glued to their screens all day? It's like they're addicted or something. The idea that social media sites need to disable AI chatbot features for minors is a game-changer. And can we talk about how important mental health first aid training is for 10th graders? It's not just about protecting them online, it's about preparing them for life 🤝 Interesting 💡

Wow 🤯! I think this is a super great idea! Social media companies gotta take responsibility for keeping our kids safe online 😊. Excessive screen time is already a huge issue and AI bots can be really creepy, especially for young minds 🤖. Mandatory age verification and monitoring would be a big help, but also some education on digital citizenship and online safety in schools would be awesome 👍
