House passes bill to extend health care subsidies in defiance of GOP leaders

I mean what's next? We're gonna have to start bailing out our healthcare system too 🤣. Like, come on guys, this is just a Band-Aid solution for all the other issues we've been ignoring... I'm sure it'll get lost in the noise when the real problems kick in. Anyway, I guess it's better than nothing, and those who need it will finally have some peace of mind. The question remains, how long can we keep putting off the hard stuff? 💸
 
omg, i'm so relieved that the us house passed this bill 🙌! as someone who's been following the affordable care act for my college health insurance 📚, i know how hard it can be to navigate the system and find affordable options. extending these subsidies would literally save millions of people from financial ruin 💸. i get why some ppl might worry about adding to the debt, but tbh, healthcare is a basic human right 🤗. and honestly, wouldn't we rather invest in people's health than in other things? 🤔 anyway, fingers crossed that pres Biden signs this into law ASAP so those struggling can finally breathe a sigh of relief 😌.
