So like, this whole thing with Jim McGreevey and his ex-governor past is really getting people riled up in Jersey City

. I mean, it's understandable that some voters are worried about his ability to lead given all the scandals he's been involved in, but others seem to be giving him a chance despite everything. Personally, I think it's cool that 18-year-old Doaa Amer is out there canvassing for McGreevy without even wearing a T-shirt with his campaign on it - that's some dedication!
But at the same time, it's also valid for people like Nas Mallett to be concerned about McGreevy's reputation and the potential for corruption. And with the election being so close, it's hard to predict who's gonna come out on top

. One thing that does seem clear is that affordability and housing costs are major issues for a lot of voters in Jersey City - I mean, Rosalyn Riley and Mindalia Green can barely afford homes, let alone pay rent!

It's not just McGreevy who needs to figure out how to fix this problem, though - the whole city needs to come together to address these issues.
