I'm so done with these politicians playing it safe . They're more worried about parking spots than actual lives . I mean, 50 pairs of shoes is a bloody tragedy . It's like, come on, can't they see that pedestrian safety is way more important? We should be trying to save lives here, not argue over who gets to park their car .

I'm all for daylighting, it makes total sense . More visibility means less chance of accidents . And if they're gonna push back, at least have the decency to find a compromise that doesn't involve losing too many parking spots . We need real change here, not just empty promises .

I'm really disappointed in the Adams administration for not taking this seriously from the start . It's like they think these kids are invisible . Well, they're not . Their lives matter, and we need to take action .

I don't usually comment but... this shoe thing is kinda crazy . I mean, 50 pairs of shoes just chillin' outside City Hall? It's like, hello, kids are dyin' on our streets and you're makin' a statement with shoes . I feel for the families of those kids who lost their lives to car crashes. It's not just about gettin' more parking spots, it's about keepin' our kids safe .

I don't think it's too much to ask from our city leaders to make some changes to the streets, ya know? Daylighting at intersections is a pretty cool idea . And if it can save just one kid's life, then it's worth doin' . The fact that the transportation department is gettin' slammed for not doin' enough is crazy . But hey, at least we're havin' this conversation and tryin' to find a solution .

I don't know about this watered-down version of the bill tho... it's like, either you make some real changes or you don't do nothin'. I hope our city leaders can figure out a way to keep our kids safe without makin' things too complicated .
