San Francisco transformed into mock battlezone under Air Force’s ‘Exercise Sourdough’

omg this is soooo cool 🤩 the fact that they did a whole city takeover thing is insane lol i mean i get why it's for training purposes but still can you imagine having to navigate through sf without being seen? 😂 i love how they included real-life comms scenarios like flashing headlights to get outta trouble genius move! 🙌 and can we talk about the success rate of only 5 out of 11 teams getting caught? that's insane! 🤯 i'm hyped for the air force to be pushing boundaries like this in terms of survival skills 💥

I'm totally stoked about this exercise! I mean, who wouldn't want to see airmen using their wits to survive in a real-life urban jungle? It's awesome that the US Air Force is taking this seriously and investing in SERE skills – it's not just about evading capture, but also about staying one step ahead of the enemy. And I love how they got multiple law enforcement agencies involved too! It's all about collaboration and sharing knowledge. 🤝 The fact that only 5 out of 11 teams were caught is pretty impressive too - those airmen must be super resourceful. I'm curious to see how this exercise will impact future training programs, but for now, it's definitely a win-win situation! 👍

🤯 it's wild that the US Air Force turned San Francisco into a war zone for their training exercise 🏙️ I mean, 72 hours is a pretty long time to be living in the city without being able to go online or hang out with friends 📱💻. It just goes to show how real-life evasion scenarios are getting more and more complicated, like, what if you're trying to escape from an enemy who's also got drones and surveillance tech 💸🚨. The fact that only 5 teams were caught is pretty impressive though 🤔. Maybe we'll see more cities hosting military training exercises in the future? 🤷‍♂️

omg what a crazy concept - i mean, who would've thought the us air force would be using san francisco as a mock battleground? 😂 it's actually kinda cool that they're trying to prepare their personnel for urban evasion scenarios. i can see how this kind of exercise would help them develop those survival skills, like staying one step ahead of law enforcement and navigating complex city environments. kudos to the master sergeant who said the training value was huge - i'm sure it was a real eye-opener for everyone involved! 👍

🙄 What's going on here? The US Air Force thinks they're so cool by turning San Francisco into a giant game board for their personnel to run around and be evaded, but let's get real, they just made it easier for the law enforcement agencies to practice their SWAT skills. And what's with the "urban jungle" nonsense? It's not like they've never dealt with civilians before 🤦‍♂️.

And have you seen the whole point of this exercise? To practice evasion and escape skills in a 72-hour period? That's just ridiculous, especially considering most real-world evasions don't last that long. I mean, come on, if someone's being pursued, they're not going to stick around for three days 🙄.

And the fact that only five out of eleven teams were caught? Yeah, sure, because it was just a simulation, right? It's not like they actually expected real-life scenarios or anything. And what about the "valuable training" Master Sgt. Campbell is talking about? More like valuable PR for the Air Force to say they're doing "realistic" training exercises 🙄.

By the way, I'm pretty sure I would've been able to outsmart those airmen and escape without any trouble 😏.
