Smoke shops in Philly suburbs mislead consumers by selling 'straight-up marijuana,' district attorney says

I'm kinda worried about these smoke shops popping up all over Philly's suburbs 🤔. I think it's crazy how some of 'em are selling hemp products with way more THC than they're supposed to have. Like, what's the point of even calling it "hemp" if it's basically just regular ol' marijuana? It's like, don't be deceptive, man! 🚫 And those shops that sell kratom and tianeptine too... that's just plain reckless. What's next, selling OxyContin to high schoolers? 😒 I mean, I get it, some people might think these products are safe or whatever, but the fact is, they're not regulated at all, so you have no idea what you're getting. It's like a recipe for disaster. I hope the authorities do take action and shut down some of these shops that are putting profits over people's safety 🚔💥.
 
this is wild how some ppl r makin a killing offa people's ignorance about hemp products. i mean i get it, the 2018 farm bill was supposed to be a good thing for the industry but instead its just created a whole new problem. like whats next? are they gonna sell us "legal" vape juice that's still gonna mess with our brains lol.

anyway, i think its kinda crazy that these smoke shops r targeting kids and selling them stuff thats way more potent than what they should be handling. gotta step in and regulate this ASAP. the fact that ppl r doing this with a straight face is just ridiculous.

and omg 90% of those edibles exceeded federal limits? that's insane. i hope law enforcement does get some ppl held accountable for this and shuts down these operations. it's not worth risking your health and wellbeing for some cheap smoke
 
omg can u believe these smoke shops r putting ppl's lives at risk?! they're basically selling straight-up marijuana masquerading as hemp goods and it's like a huge grey area that nobody's really regulating. i mean, i get that the 2018 Farm Bill was meant to help with hemp products but it seems like some ppl are taking advantage of that loophole for real 🤯 and its super scary. and the worst part is these shops r targeting kids and selling to anyone who walks in off the street... like what even is wrong with people? shouldn't they be worried about public safety instead of just making a quick buck?! 😡 i'm all for ppl making money but not if it means putting others at risk. we need some serious regulation here ASAP 🚨
