they were like a perfect on screen couple back in the day and i'm all in for more of that desert adventure magic. the fact that they're gonna ignore the other sequels is kinda genius, it's like they're making a whole new story within an old franchise which sounds super refreshing to me. bring on the mummy returns 2!
