The fact that some Repubs are actually defending this stuff is just wild. Like, Mike Johnson and Rand Paul think they're heroes or something? Newsflash: you're not. You're just covering up for Trump's reckless behavior. 
the fact that several reps are praising him for these strikes on Venezuela is wild to me, like dude killed 110 people and two survivors... what's effective about that? 
and another thing, why is everyone so surprised this happened? we've seen more of this kind of action from Trump already, like remember when he said he'd take military action against Syria? didn't happen 
I feel like we're getting stuck in a cycle of military action and retaliation with no clear end goal. Can't we just try diplomacy for once?
