World Cup 2026 tickets: Ballot, prices and visas explained

omg i just checked prices for tickets to the 2026 world cup and like i cant even lol they're so expensive!!! £45 to £5k+???!?! that's crazy and then there's these platinum access things that sound like a total rip off thousands of pounds for food, seats, and whatnot...no thanks i was thinking of getting tickets too but now im not so sure lol i mean whats the point of shelling out that kinda cash?

I'm gonna say this... it's bloody crazy how expensive FIFA is getting! £5,915?! That's like buying a house in most parts of the world! I get that major events are costly, but this is ridiculous. And what's with the ballot system? It feels like a lottery, not a fair chance to buy tickets. And then you got these super-luxurious packages for thousands of pounds... it's just outta control!

And what about those on a budget or from countries where visas aren't free? They're gonna be stuck in limbo. I'm worried about the accessibility of this event now. Fans should be able to enjoy the game without breaking the bank! The prices are insane!

I just got back from the most amazing road trip with my friends and we saw the most beautiful sunsets . We were driving through the countryside and suddenly this gorgeous golden light appeared in the sky, it was like nature's own fireworks display! We stopped at a random rest stop to take some photos and ended up meeting this really cool couple who were on a similar road trip adventure with their kids. They told us about this amazing hiking trail that we just had to check out... anyway, I digress . The point is, attending the World Cup in 2026 is gonna be super expensive, like, what's the average person supposed to shell out for these ticket packages?
